SOL Spirit Week
This year, students will celebrate Spirit Week as the culmination of the Reading Month event in SOL, starting from April 27-30. The purpose of reading month and spirit week is to encourage and foster school unity, celebrate creativity, and cultivate a lifelong love of reading within our school community.
Daily dress-up themes for Spirit Week:
- Monday: Dress up to the wong event - (Visiting School Library => could be overdressed or under-dressed)
- Tuesday: Partners in Crime - a Mystery/Action event where your attire serves as the ultimate riddle which incorporates visual clues into your outfit to reveal a hidden book title.
- Wednesday: Word Parade/Partner in Rhyme - transforming a vocabulary into a costume (either embody a single vivid adjective through creative materials or pair up with a friend to visually represent two rhyming words).
- Thursday: Book Character Spotlight - stepping out of the pages and dressing as the most iconic figure from a favorite book.
- Friday: School Holiday
Students must follow the school's regulations regarding the dress code matter. It has to be proper and modest. Any violation to inappropriate dress up to school will result in them not being able to join any class until he/she changes with the proper outfit/uniform.
If the student(s) choose not to join the Spirit Week dress-up accordingly, please simply wear a school uniform as usual.
Spirit Week SOL
Tahun ini, murid-murid akan merayakan Spirit Week sebagai puncak acara Bulan Membaca di SOL, mulai tanggal 27-30 April. Tujuan bulan membaca dan pekan semangat adalah untuk mendorong dan memupuk persatuan sekolah, merayakan kreativitas, dan menumbuhkan kecintaan membaca seumur hidup di dalam komunitas sekolah kita.
Tema Berpakaian untuk Spirit Week:

- Jumat: Libur Sekolah
Siswa wajib mengikuti peraturan sekolah mengenai kode berpakaian. Pakaian harus sopan dan pantas. Pelanggaran terhadap pakaian yang tidak pantas ke sekolah akan mengakibatkan siswa tidak dapat mengikuti kelas sampai mereka mengganti pakaian dengan seragam yang sesuai.
Jika siswa memilih untuk tidak mengikuti acara berpakaian sesuai tema Spirit Week, silakan kenakan seragam sekolah seperti biasa.
