Supervision Required After School Hours 

As a reminder to parents, only students who join extracurricular activities and the related instructors are allowed on campus from 3:45 - 5:00 PM.  Students who are waiting for siblings in extracurricular or club programs must exit the campus after 3:45 PM or be under the visual supervision of a parent / responsible adult in the Dining Hall or Grammar School Playground.  Students may not wander the campus or be sent into the school grounds to play unsupervised while adults remain in cars or on the front porch / front office area. All unsupervised students will be asked to exit the campus after 3:45 PM.  

Please note, extracurricular and club activities end by 5:00 PM each day at which time  the campus will be  locked. Please pick up your children in a timely manner  out of respect for the supervising teacher or coach. Thank you for helping to honor each other’s time as well as keep our students and campus safe.

Pengawasan Setelah Jam Sekolah

Sebagai pengingat kepada orang tua, hanya siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan instruktur terkait yang diperbolehkan berada di sekolah dari pukul 15:45 - 17:00. Siswa yang sedang menunggu saudaranya yang mengikuti program ekstrakurikuler atau klub harus keluar kampus setelah pukul 15:45 atau berada di bawah pengawasan langsung orang tua / orang dewasa yang bertanggung jawab, di Dining Hall atau Grammar School Playground. Siswa tidak boleh berkeliaran di area sekolah yang lain atau bermain di halaman sekolah tanpa pengawasan sementara orang dewasa tetap berada di dalam mobil atau di teras depan / area front office. Semua siswa yang tidak diawasi akan diminta untuk keluar dari area sekolah setelah pukul 15:45.

Harap dicatat, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan klub berakhir pada pukul 17:00 setiap harinya, di mana sekolah akan dikunci setelah lewat jam tersebut. Harap jemput anak Anda tepat waktu untuk menghormati guru pengawas atau pelatih yang bertugas.
