1st Semester PTC

We will have the 1st semester PTC (Parent-Teacher Conference) on Thu - Fri, December 11-12, 2025. All parents are expected to attend the PTC following the published schedule before beginning the Christmas holiday break.

Please note that SOL and SOR parents are required to still meet with the subject teachers if their child has a grade below 70. Please contact the teacher through email to make an appointment for the meeting.

Please be reminded that on PTC days, students should remain at home. If a student must accompany the parents to campus, he/she should wait outside the classroom during the conference. For student safety, especially lower grades, students are not allowed to be on playgrounds or roam the campus unless supervised by a responsible adult. 

All student digital report cards will be available in ALMA on the second PTC day.

PTC Semester 1

Kami akan mengadakan PTC (Parent–Teacher Conference) Semester 1 pada Kamis–Jumat, 11–12 Desember 2025. Seluruh orang tua diharapkan hadir sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan sebelum liburan Natal dimulai.

Mohon diperhatikan bahwa orang tua SOL dan SOR tetap diwajibkan untuk bertemu dengan guru mata pelajaran jika nilai anaknya berada di bawah 70. Untuk mengatur pertemuan tersebut, silakan menghubungi guru yang bersangkutan melalui email.

Harap diingat bahwa pada hari PTC, siswa diharapkan tetap berada di rumah. Jika seorang siswa harus menemani orang tua ke sekolah, ia harus menunggu di luar kelas selama konferensi berlangsung. Demi keselamatan siswa, terutama untuk tingkat kelas yang lebih rendah, anak tidak diperbolehkan bermain di playground atau berkeliling area sekolah tanpa pengawasan orang dewasa yang bertanggung jawab.

Raport digital akan tersedia di ALMA pada hari kedua PTC.
